Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General policy

Registrations for low-cost digital classes, WhatsApp-based programs, recorded lessons, downloadable materials and live educational sessions are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once access or delivery has started.

Access is considered to have started when, for example, the student has been added to the applicable WhatsApp group, received lesson links or paid materials, obtained course access, or attended/received access to a live session.

2. Cancellation before access begins

If you made a purchase by mistake and no class access, WhatsApp group access, digital lesson, PDF, course access or live-session access has yet been provided, you may contact us promptly. Requests made within 24 hours of payment and before delivery begins may be reviewed for cancellation at our discretion.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. We may ask for the payment reference and registered contact details to verify the transaction.

3. When a refund will normally be considered

We will reasonably review refund requests in situations such as:

• A duplicate payment for the same registration.
• Payment was successful but Emperor Keys is unable to provide the purchased class/service.
• The purchased service is cancelled by Emperor Keys and no reasonable replacement batch, credit or alternative is offered.
• A material technical or fulfillment problem attributable to Emperor Keys prevents delivery and cannot be reasonably corrected.
• Any situation where a refund is required under applicable law.

4. Situations that are normally not refundable

• Change of mind after access or digital delivery has begun.
• Failure to attend a scheduled live class after valid access was provided.
• Personal schedule conflicts, travel, work, exams or other circumstances not caused by Emperor Keys.
• Not having a keyboard or suitable device where the class information already stated the equipment or alternatives available.
• Dissatisfaction based only on individual learning speed or expected results when the advertised service was delivered substantially as described.
• Removal from a group/session because of serious misuse or violation of the Terms & Conditions.

5. Batch change instead of refund

Where practical, Emperor Keys may offer transfer to another upcoming batch instead of cancellation or refund. Batch transfer is subject to availability and the nature of the program.

6. How to request help

Send your request with the registered name, mobile number, payment date, transaction/reference ID and a brief explanation.

7. Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time can vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or payment method. Any payment-provider processing delay after Emperor Keys initiates the refund is outside our direct control.

8. Consumer rights

This policy is intended to describe our standard commercial policy clearly. It does not limit any refund, remedy or consumer right that must be provided under applicable law where a service is defective, materially deficient, not as described or otherwise legally refundable.
